**BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE OFFICER**
**Location**: Leichhardt, NSW
**Salary**: $85,000 per annum

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- ** Contract Performance Monitoring**: Analyse and track key performance metrics, including on-time performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction, to ensure optimal bus operations.
- ** Data Analysis & Reporting**: Identify trends and patterns in contract performance data, create detailed reports, and present findings to senior stakeholders.
- ** Compliance & Efficiency**: Monitor contract compliance, assess operational efficiency, and ensure KPIs are consistently met.
- ** Collaboration & Continuous Improvement**: Work closely with internal teams and external contractors to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance.
- ** Dashboard & Tools Development**: Develop and maintain performance tracking dashboards and tools for ongoing monitoring of contract outcomes.
- ** Contract Review Participation**: Actively participate in contract review meetings, providing valuable insights on performance-related issues and potential areas for improvement.
- ** Industry Knowledge & Best Practices**: Keep abreast of industry best practices, regulatory changes, and innovations within the transportation sector to refine analysis methodologies.
- ** Information Management**: Ensure timely and accurate collection, analysis, and distribution of information to internal and external stakeholders.
- ** Support to Procurement Activities**: Provide input into procurement strategies to help reduce costs while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- ** Contractual Dispute Resolution**: Address potential contractual disputes by investigating issues and developing practical solutions.
- ** Service Provider Management**: Support the management of service providers, ensuring the delivery of services in line with agreed-upon standards and KPIs.
- ** Performance Review**: Contribute to the analysis of service reliability and punctuality across the network, providing key data to inform performance improvements.
**QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Economics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in contract performance analysis, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data and convey it to diverse audiences.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of contract management principles, particularly in the context of public transportation operations.
