DESCRIPTION:
THE JOB

Due to the confidential nature of this position, you will be required to work from our Brisbane office with all equipment required to undertake the role supplied to you.

You will be required to follow and keep records of pre-established evaluation procedures, and present accurate final outcomes based on prior data submissions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Verify data by comparing it to source documents provided

Systematically maintain and update existing data to the central database

Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as required

Catalog any relevant/necessary data with appropriate tags for ease of reference

Generate reports as requested

Report and follow established data evaluation and documenting procedures

REQUIRED SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
Understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory

Has integrity

Pays strict attention to detail.

Highly organised

Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Able to work with others and follow instructions from the supervisor/senior team member

Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is preferred

Strong knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)

Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices

Basic understanding of databases

Good command of English both oral and written and customer service communication skills

High school degree or equivalent

BONUS SKILLS:
Ability to research via Google and quickly understand new technologies

EMPLOYMENT TERM:
Temporary, 40 hours per week.

$25/hour
