Are you passionate about discipling and nurturing the next generation for Christ? Do you have a heart for reaching youth and young adults with the gospel? Warnbro Community Church is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Youth and Young Adults Pastor to join our team and lead our thriving ministries.

**About Us**
Warnbro Community Church is a vibrant evangelical church located in the heart of the growing City of Rockingham, WA. We’re blessed with a multi-generational congregation of 600 adults and kids each Sunday and have over 1,300 individuals participating in small groups, outreach, and community initiatives throughout the week. Our vision is to be more than a Sunday — every person living every moment of every day intentionally for Jesus.

**The Role**
As our Youth and Young Adults Pastor, you’ll play a pivotal role in raising up the next generation of Christians who will make an impact in the world for Jesus. You’ll lead and shape our youth and young adults ministries, which currently include Friday Night Youth, YA life groups, camps, and events.

**Key Responsibilities**
- _Youth Ministry Leadership:_ Oversee Friday Night Youth, mentor Youth Leaders and Interns, and foster a community where students in grades 7-12 can grow in their faith.
- _Young Adults Ministry Leadership: _Expand our young adults ministry with new teaching and training opportunities.
- _Outreach & Evangelism:_ Develop strategies to reach the youth and young adults of Rockingham, including partnerships with local schools and chaplains.
- _Discipleship & Family Partnership:_ Work closely with parents to equip and inspire them in discipling their children. Create and curate teaching materials and lead Sunday Bible studies for youth.

**About You**
We’re looking for someone with strong character, deep conviction, and proven competency in youth ministry. You’ll need to be a team player with a heart for people and a passion for the gospel. This role is of huge significance and requires someone ready to invest in people, not just run programs.

**Experience & Qualifications**
- At least 2 years of experience in youth ministry within an evangelical church.
- Formal theological training or currently studying at an evangelical institution.
- A proven track record of teaching and leading youth and young adults effectively.
- A passion for reaching and discipling the next generation in Rockingham.

**Position Details**
This is a full-time role; however, the scope of responsibilities can be scaled depending on the availability and experience of the successful applicant.
