ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE?
In addition to the above, the role also supports all other Information Technology Initiatives whilst actively participating in the Service Delivery of IT projects to internal customers providing 1st and 2nd level support to the Fantastic customer base.
This role is based In our Support Office In Chullora
ABOUT YOU
With 2+ years experience in a similar role, you have no problem with working alongside your team and also working hands on to resolve technical queries (password resets etc), so your technical experience is also important.
You posess thorough knowledge of current Microsoft Office Productivity suite, as well as Microsoft Operating Systems (both desktop and server), and you also have experience in using an ITSM tool.
You likely have experience around being able to improve and implement processes and documentation. You are a skilled people leader (you will have 4 direct reports).
Desirable is for you to have qualifications in a systems admin role, or relevant IT related area, as well as ERP and POS support experience and experience in the retail industry.
