As a Goodstart Educator, you'll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. **About Goodstart Lake Munmorah**:
Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Lake Munmorah is located just inside the Pacific Lakes Estate, off Elizabeth Bay Drive. We opened in 2004 and have been a strong part of the community since the beginning, maintaining relationships with our local primary schools and attending regular meetings with other community services.
Our curriculum - developed in alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework - ensures the individual interests and needs, as well as strengths, of your child is taken into consideration. Our qualified and experienced team of carers and educators share a common belief that school readiness starts from nursery by developing social and emotional skills as well as children’s curiosity and desire to learn. Once in the preschool room we focus more on numeracy and literacy then in the other rooms so that children are better prepared for school.

**You’ll need**:
Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
