As an independent entity, the Office of the Governor provides best practice, quality advice and support to the role of the Governor and provides efficient and effective stewardship of the Government House Estate.
**Job description**:
We're seeking a people centric Principal Human Resources Advisor to join our passionate team of professionals. In this newly created role, you will partner with stakeholders across the whole organisation to drive enterprise-wide cultural programs forward, tailor Office specific people initiatives and broker effective people related outcomes across the employee lifecycle, whilst delivering service excellence.
**The Opportunity**:
The Principal Human Resources Advisor is a newly created position where you will have the opportunity to make a genuine difference. The role will require you to take the lead in providing strategic and operationally focused HR advice, particularly in the areas of industrial and employee relations, complex case management, performance management, industrial instruments, and HR policy and procedures.

**About you**:
