Subaru & Kia Sydney City is part of The Autosports Group which has 55 dealerships across NSW, VIC, QLD and NZ, employing approximately 1800 staff and is a large listed retail automotive group representing the world’s greatest prestige and luxury automotive brands.

The role involves greeting customers when they enter the service centre, supporting them to identify and articulate their service needs and concerns, working with colleagues to ensure their service is completed on time and to the highest level of satisfaction possible.

We are looking for a person who has excellent customer service standards & proven results with high-level time management skills and meticulous attention to detail.

**Reporting to the Service Manager you will;**
- Be the main point of contact for customers throughout their service
- Welcome customers into the service department on the day of their service
- Explain service options and processes
- Complete relevant paperwork
- Communicate with colleagues to schedule and complete the necessary repairs
- Order parts where applicable
- Prepare repair orders and invoices
- Update customer database as required
- Minimum 1-year previous experience in a service advisor position
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong IT skills and the ability work with multiple programs
- Confidence dealing with all customer types
- The ability to work and support a busy, hardworking team
- The ability to prioritise and seek assistance where necessary
- A current, valid driver’s licence
