**About the Role**
IRT are seeking a team member to provide administrative support to the Workforce Integration team. This role is a full time 12 month fixed term contract in IRT's head office, Market Street with 2 days minimum required in the office.
This role requires a driver's license and to be able to travel from time to time across the Illawarra and South Coast NSW.
**Job specific responsibilities**:
- Support the effective delivery of services driven by the Workforce Integration team
- Maintain employee records and accommodation information using electronic records management systems such as Content Manager
- Re-direct inquiries and/or take appropriate follow-up action; communication via IRT’s Staff Accommodation dedicated mailboxes
- Invoice processing, corporate card reconciliation, event preparation and logistics, catering, room & travel bookings
- Act as first touchpoint in employee accommodation enquiries
- Log accommodation maintenance requests
- Contribute to continuous improvement through identifying opportunities and making recommendations
- Ensure employees' work eligibility and accommodation information is accurate and up to date
**To Be Successful You Will Have**
- Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programs, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organise and effectively time manage
- Good organisational skills including the ability to manage numerous tasks concurrently, use initiative, establish priorities and work to tight or competing deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively as a team member and to undertake work independently
- Excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in an environment requiring the strictest of confidence
- Provide administrative support to People & Culture related project groups and initiatives
- Other duties as required by the manager consistent with the role
