**Job Description**:
What you'll be doing

As a Guest Relations Manager you will provide a warm, genuine and consistent welcome and a luxury 5 star level of service to all visitors and guests throughout their visit to the hotel. You will act as a constant example of guest engagement and a be pivotal contact between the guests and the hotel. You will the visible image of the MGallery Brand in the hotel lobby, acting as a story teller about the Hotel Chadstone, a reference guide and as a reliable source of information and assistance to guests and visitors.
- You will support all departments within the hotel to ensure our guests receive seamless 5 star service wherever they are or who ever they may be.
- Be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering personalised experiences by addressing each guest as a unique individual. You will do your utmost to ensure all guests’ requests are completed accurately and within a timely manner.
- Be the life and soul of the lobby/public areas, creating a positive environment and maintaining and engaging, approachable, helpful and friendly demeanour to colleagues and guests alike.
- Serve as the main point of contact to all VIP or high priority guests and ensure that the team is fully briefed on any requirements that they may have.
- Ensure all feedback is appropriately responded to and actioned and reported accordingly.
- Oversee and ensure that appropriate amenities are provided to create unique and memorable experiences to all guests.
- Provide the latest information on the hotel’s outlets, amenities, services and facilities.
- Ensure effective communication to all departments on a daily basis, updating with all and any important information that will assist the hotel operations team and improve the guest stay experience.

**Qualifications**:
What we're looking for
- Guest Relations experience within a luxury 5 star environment is essential
- Excellent communicator and able to connect with all levels in the business with the ability to motivate your colleagues.
- Effective organisational skills; able to prioritise tasks and self-manage a workload
- Excellent personal presentation with a warm and welcoming personality.
- Friendly, approachable and professional
- Have a strong eye for detail
