**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Salary**:$150,000 per annum pro rata + 11.5% super + leave loading.
**Time Fraction**:Full Time, 1.0 EFT.***
**Location**:Chadstone campus.
**WWCC**: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
**Police Check**:Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
**Position Status**:Ongoing contract of appointment with a 6-month qualifying period.

Holmesglen is seeking an Associate Director to lead and expand our global education partnerships. This pivotal role will enhance our global reputation by identifying and fostering partnerships and commercial projects that align with Holmesglen’s vision.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop global education partnerships and strategic projects to support institutional growth and align with Holmesglen’s Strategic Plan.
- Drive change through innovative strategies and expand Holmesglen’s reputation in target global markets.
- Lead the International Projects and Partnerships department to foster innovation and build capacity in global education.
- Collaborate with internal faculties, service departments, and external partners to enhance offshore capabilities and maximise project success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to successfully tender for and deliver global education projects.
- Research and present data to build market intelligence, support decision-making, and maintain Holmesglen's competitive edge.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Demonstrated success in creating innovative solutions, building reputation, and developing business models that achieve outcomes aligned with strategic goals.
- Proficient at identifying opportunities and emerging trends in global education markets through thorough research and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of the Australian Vocational Education and Training system and Quality Training framework.
- Proven ability to develop innovative solutions and business models aligned with strategic objectives.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen in managing budgets, projects, and successful bids.
- Highly motivated and results-driven, excelling in complex, evolving environments.
- Qualification in business, marketing, or management, with experience in global Vocational Education.
