Group Leader, Transport - VSA is a director level role responsible for driving team and/or project profitability and growth. This is achieved by implementing and following the strategic direction and objectives of the business, effective leadership, project and client management.
**Job Description** What will a day in this role look like?**
- Develop a high profile with our key accounts and within our Transport sector in this region.
- Develop and implement the business plan for Transport, incorporating VSA and ANZ strategic objectives and initiatives.
- Managing the Transport teams effectively to achieve the project objectives and liaise with clients and stakeholders to meet their expectations.
- Clearly communicate our business priorities to our teams and deliver high levels of engagement and respect in your leadership style.
- Deliver on business plan key metrics
- Successfully deliver a program of projects i.e. adequately resourced, delivered on time/on budget, client satisfaction and commercially aligned with business expectations.
- Connect with ANZ and global peers to support workshare and successful client outcomes.
- Connect our team to global technical leaders to support project positioning and client experience.
- Development of safety first and project excellence culture.
**Qualifications** What are we looking for from you?**
- Knowledge of market and demonstrated experience in market engagement and work winning in the Transport Industry
- Experience in successfully leading and developing teams
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, and the ability to develop a strong client base
- An effective leader with tenacity and drive to achieve outstanding results and grow the team.
- Collaborative and willingness to share knowledge, experience, ideas, and expertise for the betterment of group and self
- P&L management experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification with 15+ years of relevant experience
