Admin Supervisor

At REAL Specialists, we're working to innovate a new approach to real estate that focuses on our people and our clients. _**As we are rapidly expanding, we’re looking for an experienced Property Manager with knowledge of Trust Accounting, who is ready to move into a Supervisory role**_. We’re seeking someone who is ready to leave the day to day Property Management role behind and focus solely on providing exceptional Trust Accounting and PM Administrative Support Services. You will be responsible for owning client relationships and assisting the PM team, all while enjoying support from the team around you as well.

**Duties**:

- Be proactive and an active communicator
- Be comfortable talking on the phone
- Thrive in a team environment and be able to work independently
- _**Have Property Management and Trust Accounting experience, with a current NSW and/or QLD Real Estate Certificate**_
- Work closely with the broader property management team
- Be able to show initiative and think outside the box
- Have fantastic attention to detail
- Care about the customer experience.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
