**About the role**

The Sales & Customer Service Manager is accountable for delivering a consistently high customer service experience as well as being responsible for the sales teams’ new business, acquisition and customer retention targets, initiatives & strategies through multiple regions. Reporting to the GM, the role will work across the leadership team to ensure that sales and customer service initiatives and plans are consistent with the national strategy, and liaise with marketing and brand as required. This role is also responsible for supporting the regional networks to deliver high quality profitable outcomes through sales wins & price management activities.

Youwill havehands on experience leading and managing sales teams across markets such as construction and infastructure, developing and monitoring budgets in a complex business, and actualizing strategic plans to operational implementation and output. You possess solid conceptual and analytical skills with a proven capacity to establish strategic directions and successful commercial action plans that achieve those directions. Furthermore, you have experience in managing and developing strategic customer relationships successfully with excellent influencing, negotiation and communication skills. You embrace and lead change and work successfully in multidisciplinary teams to drive revenue focused activities.
