**Job Description**:
Your day to day tasks will include
- Develop and maintain the product knowledge base.
- Engage with senior management to align the product with the company's strategy and overall plan.
- Define and track success metrics throughout the product lifecycle, including designing interventions were needed to ensure product goals are achieved.
- Communicate market research and analysis to prepare product proposals and support informed planning and decision-making.
- Provide solutions to customers when required.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrate ability to lead the product lifecycle and provide ongoing support for multiple products
- Deep understanding of voice and collaboration
- Think innovatively and challenge existing norms to solve complex problems and achieve a goal.
- Well-developed interpersonal communication skills, with an ability to engage with a range of different audiences
