We are currently seeking a proactive Administration Officer to join our team in Camellia on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this busy role will see you responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks including, project administration, job costings, system administration & other functions to support our Operational Team.

**Key responsibilities include**:
Maintain contracting and/or project documentation including dockets, supervisor reports, lot packs, safety records, employee records etc
Update daily project and/or job details
Assist with order placements
Assist with reconciling data for monthly reports and divisional reviews
Assist with collating & preparing documentation for projects and employees
Raise purchase orders for internal stakeholders & approve invoices including reconciling dockets & material deliveries to invoices
Support with month-end financial activities
Ensure job costing & accurate postings to general ledger
Assist with preparing recharges to other operational areas
Efficient daily cost tracking and data entry for all works
Ensure accurate claims & invoices are completed in line with contract requirements
Maintain employee, training, safety, quality, and project records
Data entry of records into corporate systems
Order & maintain general supplies, stationary, water, PPE & other consumables
Take meeting minutes
Other duties as required

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in similar roles
Intermediate Excel/Word skills
Experience in civil/ construction - highly regarded
A strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Effective organisational & time management skills
Good oral & written communication skills
