**What you’ll do
- Support the Portfolio, Program and Project Managers with governance deliverables and project related administrative tasks
- Support Financial management and reporting for the Portfolio which is large and complex Coordinate and support the Projects meetings scheduling / coordination/ minutes in line with program key milestones and workshop preparation
- Coordinate team administrative tasks and processes such as invoicing, new starter on-boarding, reporting, minute taking, diary management and team events
- Provide input to developing best practice project management approach & methodology, includes development of relevant reporting and timely reports on the project's health Ensure Governance is always up to date and applied

**What you’ll bring
- An interest in project management and developing a career path
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in reporting & follow through
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Effective use of Google suite tools (or Windows equivalent) including building slide presentations
- Previous financials experience (cost management, SAP, Ariba or equivalent)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven stakeholder management skills
