**About the role**
At Endeavour, we consistently challenge ourselves to create better customer experiences together for our customers and team. Our Customer listening programmes are at the heart of our business, ensuring our store and support teams understand the customer experience day in, day out. To complement the already established Voice of Customer programme, we have more recently launched a customer panel, Gather, in partnership with Qualtrics and the Woolworths Group.
The primary purpose of this newly created role is to enable the Endeavour business to better understand the changing needs of the customer and market by managing ad hoc research primarily through the new customer panel. By overseeing, optimising and leveraging the panel and other customer insight tools, you will help to uncover actionable insights and embed evidence-based, customer-led decision making across Endeavour Group.
This role will also play a key role in evolving and improving our listening and brand health tracking understanding for our ALH Hotels business and our Pinnacle brands, building on the already established Retail listening programmes.
**About you**
To be successful in this position you will have had prior demonstrated experience in Market Research, with a strong attention to detail and ability to translate data into insights.
You’ll also need:
- Exceptional time management and organisation skills.
- Ability to run custom projects from start to finish including questionnaire design and reporting.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to approach and solve problems.
- Effective communication skills (written, spoken and presentation).
- Ability to translate consumer research findings into actionable insights that can be understood by the business and utilised to guide decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement with senior-level internal and external stakeholders.
Desirable Skills:
- Prior experience in running research through customer panels such as Qualtrics or Medallia desired but not essential.
- Tertiary qualification in business, marketing or research.
- Experience with statistical methods and analysis.
- Category understanding (retail, FMCG, liquor, hospitality.
