**About the role**:
The Workforce Software Solution Designer sits within the Technology business and works closely with the P&C business unit to ensure the Time & Attendance, Rostering & Scheduling solutions are meet their needs.

**Why this role matters?**
- Providing thought leadership across internal business units surrounding the optimisation of T&A processes to extract maximum benefit from the corporate T&A systems.
- Co-ordination of platform enhancements with key business stakeholders following Agile development methodology.
- Configuration of Workforce Software enhancements.
- Managing Software Vendor relationships.
- Support P&C IT DevOps Solution Team with day-to-day activities.

**What will you bring?**
- Minimum 2 yrs experience working in a configuration role across Workforce Software either through implementations or technical support
- Experience gained in large corporate organisations, solid understanding of Workforce Management best practice as well as IT project life cycle experience.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and deliver to planned timeframes.
- Ability to build relationships with senior managers.
- Ability to work across teams and divisions.
- Strong team work ethics.
