- Adopt Government procurement principles to identify and manage a range of external providers who can undertake specific customer experience research and/or surveys for Transport for NSW, ensuring value for money and quality output.

**About you**

You are an energetic and determined individual who is highly collaborative, customer-centric and take a proactive approach to your work. You have experience in leading customer research programs and delivering meaningful customer insights that inform improvement activity. Your superior communication and interpersonal skills will be important as you establish relationships with various stakeholders to gather requirements and customise solutions.
