**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and customer loyalty.
- Actively prospect and generate leads for mobile crushers and screens in the mining, quarrying, and construction sectors.
- Provide technical support and advice to customers, ensuring they choose the best equipment for their operations.
- Create and execute marketing strategies to promote Striker’s equipment to new and existing markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Enhance brand image and loyalty through strategic marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales goals with production and delivery timelines.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build networks and identify new business opportunities.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing) or equivalent experience.
- At least five years of experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the crushing and screening.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of market trends and customer needs in the mining and construction industries.
- Ability to work independently, manage your own pipeline, and deliver results.
- A technical or mechanical background is highly desirable.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
