**Your role**:

Our National Service Team is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator or Planner to join us in Blacktown, supporting the management of our operations across New South Wales.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Acting as the main point of contact between our customers and our team, ensuring clear communication and smooth operations.
- Coordinating and managing service resources, supporting our Field Service Technicians in delivering quality service.
- Listening to customer requests and develop practical service plans, taking responsibility for seeing them through to completion.
- Making informed decisions within established guidelines to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Overseeing the entire customer journey from initial enquiry and scheduling, through to service delivery, invoicing, and payment.

**To succeed, you will need**:

- Proven experience in Service Coordination with a strong understanding of all planning and customer service functions within a department.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organisational abilities.
- Ability to demonstrate a flexible, professional demeanour with a proactive “can do” attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Proficiency in Software like Word and Excel, SAP experience is beneficial.
