**The Opportunity**

Working in a team that is currently going through strong growth and expansion to deliver a safe, reliable and quality outcome for all our clients. This role will be based out of our Dandenong South depot.

**Requirements**:
**You’ll need**:

- Current drivers' licence (preferably HR)
- White Card
- Enthusiasm to learn and add value to the team.
- Punctual and Reliable

**Highly regarded tickets and experience**:

- Drain cleaning experience (Combo and Jet)
- Operation of CCTV tractor camera with the WinCan system
- Current HR drivers' licence (Manual)
- Confined Space Entry
- Plant and Equipment tickets.

Reporting to the Leading hand, you’ll work closely with a small team, as well as various suppliers and contractors. And you’ll learn from them, as much as they learn from you.

**Stimulation and challenge, delivered**

While ‘Operations’ is about process and rhythm, you’ll find plenty of variety in your role. In addition to operating the plant, you’ll play a key role in measuring and reporting the facility’s output, maintaining a robust safety culture and identifying more efficient ways of working that don’t compromise safety or quality.

**Opportunity and growth, there for the taking**

In this role, you’ll be trained across a number of concrete skills for the job in hand. Many of our team leads have continued to progress their career with us, moving into management positions.
