- 5+ years experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the asphalt or civil construction or related industries.
- Relevant industry qualifications would be a benefit such as project management, OHS, safety training and degree in civil engineering.
- Proven ability in operations, scheduling, project management, resource planning, and financial oversight.

- Experience in developing client relationships and driving business development.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability, focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

- **What you will be doing**_
- **Leadership**: Empower Team leaders to make decisions and run their own departments.
- **Operational Management**: Scheduling of work as the point of contact for Clients is a very important.
- **Assets**: Ensure process for maintaining assets is functioning with weekly oversight.
- **Financial**: Ensure processes for accuracy of invoicing is maintained.
- **Clients**: Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, reduced remedials and contributing to long-term relationships.

We run three teams in the civil and asphalt environment.
