- **We are seeking**:

- Tertiary qualifications or post-graduate qualifications in a training related discipline such as Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Certificate in Adult Education or Graduate Diploma in Education.
- Experience in implementing change management and business improvement projects in a large organisation.
- Experience in Microsoft SharePoint and business systems in a large organisation.
- Skilled in developing procedures, user manuals and delivering training using modern technology for individuals and groups.
- Strong research, problem-solving and data analysis skills to identify business improvement opportunities and implement new business processes.
- Ability to work well in a team and build organisation-wide relationships to implement customer solutions and drive business improvements.
