Wingate Avenue Children’s Co-Operative is a 70 place, not-for-profit community based early learning service located in the Ascot Vale Community Housing Estate, Victoria. The service operates from 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

**About The Role**

We are currently offering **a Full time** **contract position for 12 months**, 38 hours a week plus monthly rostered day off, for an Early Childhood Educator. The role is to commence **January 2025.**

To be considered for this role, it is essential you have:

- _Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA approved equivalent_
- Current _Working With Children Check_ and _Responding to Abuse and Neglect_ certification
- Current _Provide First Aid_ certificate, including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience with EYLF and VEYLF
- Proficiency in National Quality Standards
- Proactive approach to curriculum implementation
- Dedicated to developing children’s well-being and learning
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexibility in rostered shifts
