We have an exciting opportunity for an Insurance Adviser - Personal Lines/Domestic to join our General Insurance team. If you have a passion for client engagement, the insurance sector and love a fast-paced role, this could be your next step

With an abundance of warm leads and existing clients, your focus will be on providing quality product advice converting leads in a timely manner.

**A Glimpse into Your Typical Week**:

- Building and maintaining an enduring relationship with clients
- Providing timely, appropriate advice in the key areas of general insurance
- Approach client matters with versatility and understanding
- Review and processing of domestic insurance claims
- Adhere to the Findex process including the use of all adviser tools
- Meet activity and targets as set by National Head of General Insurance
- Attend regular Adviser Meetings and report on tasks, KPI's, budgets and any relevant client matters.

**About You**:

- Passionate about providing excellent stakeholder experiences
- Proven Client Services experience in a similar role/environment
- Understanding of Personal Insurance is desirable
- Team orientated with a passion to learn and grow

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Tier 1 or Tier 2 qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role in personal lines insurance placement
