Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated **Temporary** **Works Lead/Co-Ordinator** to join our Project Delivery Group (PDG) in Perth.

- Co-ordinate site construction teams requirements and various engineering consultants in developing suitable design and compliance for civil/structural engineering aspects around Rail systems both live and new.
- Understand bridge construction and stations building works where extensive formwork design is required for execution.
- Understand site drainage issues including Excavation shoring systems and the impacts of live loads
- Assist construction site teams in developing solutions to implement temporary works for permanent installations.
- Understand lifting studies in development for critical lifts.
- Provide governance for the Temporary works process with site teams ensuring compliance with design and safe methods of work.
- Risk assess each aspects of temporary works
- Ensure completion of documentation including registers relevant to the temporary works activities.

**You will bring to the role**:

- A degree in civil engineering from a recognised tertiary institution
- Demonstrated experience including bulk earthworks, site grading, surface water management, access and haul roads, and earth structures
- Experience in the coordination, design and delivery of civil scope within multi-disciplinary projects
- A strong focus on safety and quality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
