**About the role at Prospa**

Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring Prospa’s performance marketing campaigns across ANZ. You’ll have hands-on responsibility for the performance and optimisation of these campaigns with a strong focus on paid search and paid social platforms.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns - Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve specific goals, including awareness, engagement, and leads
- Market and Customer Research - Conducts research into relevant trends, industries, markets and customers to develop informed sales strategies
- Paid Social - Analyze and optimize targeted advertising on social platforms to reach specific audiences
