**About the Opportunities**:
Flavorite Mansfield are looking for passionate and motivated applicants seeking to get a foot in the door and develop their career or gain experience in the field of horticulture. We have a variety of roles on offer across our Harvest (Picking) and Crop Care divisions.

At Flavorite, we provide new team members with a full onboarding and training program to set them up for success.

**The Crop Care Team** is responsible for the management, care and cultivation of crops and ensuring the Crop Care tasks are completed in line with the relevant KPIs and quality requirements for the specific crop.

**The Harvest (Picking)Team** is responsible for managing all resources to ensure the implementation of the picking strategies are undertaken to achieve budgeted production levels and quality KPIs
- An interest in gaining experience or developing their career in horticulture
- Positive and effective communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Be comfortable in participating in and providing training
- Process driven and able to follow instructions
- An understanding and appreciation of safe working practices
- Experience with Microsoft products (Team Leader roles)
