- Mitolo Family Farms now offers the perfect opportunity for highly motivated Team Leaders to join its rapidly growing and dedicated production team in Virginia.
- Reporting to the Shift Production Manager you will enjoy leading teams and creating a positive work culture, have a passion for food quality and production equipment and be inspired to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Your duties will include**:

- Lead, organize and co-ordinate the team to ensure customer orders are packed to specification and delivery requirements
- Ensure packing lines are set up and staff allocations are managed effectively to ensure maximum productivity
- Ensure team members comply with quality standards
- Complete documentation for daily production requirements
- Create an effective team of production personnel through supervision, mentoring, and on-the-job training
- Ensure all organisational policies and procedures, and WHS requirements are consistently met
- Monitor production equipment and efficiencies

The following skills and attributes will be highly regarded**:

- Experience in a production or food processing environment
- Previous people management experience
- Experience with packing lines
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to make timely decisions
- Exposure to lean manufacturing practices.
