Within Western Australia our Mining & Resources Division delivers engineering and construction projects for our key Tier 1 iron ore producing clients, which enables them to sustain and expand their mining operations throughout the Pilbara Region of Western Australia. As a trusted partner to the WA resource sector, Calibre is integrated in our Client’s Major Projects which enables up to go above and beyond and succeed together with our clients.

**The Role**:
Working with a long standing client of Calibre, on a major project heading into construction next month. Your day to day will look like;
- Preparing EOI documentation during DES
- Preparing budget quotation documentation
- Maintain DES budget quotation register
- Preparing and issuing tender documentation
- Tender evaluation
- Maintain Service/Purchase Order registers for Site purchasing purposes

**Thrive with us We hope you'll bring**:

- A background in purchasing, ideally within a mining environment
- Experience with EOI documentation, RFQ's and putting together tender packs
- A good understanding of large scale mining and resource projects, in particular Iron Ore
- Prior experience working in an EPC/EPCM environment during study phase
- Attention to detail and rigorously follows procedures
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with clients
