We are looking for a passionate Store Operations Manager to help lead our Canberra store in ACT on a full-time basis.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Lead the operations team to create and maintain seamless processes for incoming stock and to ensure the store is always looking beautiful- Manage and execute monthly visual merchandising and promotional setups- Manage and audit stocktakes- Help to build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and by providing regular feedback- Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values

What success looks like in this role:
- Prior experience managing a team and handling large volumes of stock.- Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development- A keen eye for detail, ability to multi-task and manage time effectively- Genuine care for people, and always stiving for the best possible team member experience.
