Our client is a leading international retailer that specialises in offering the latest styles and affordable wardrobe essentials. With our strong presence in the fashion industry, they strive to provide our customers with an exceptional shopping experience, combining quality products with excellent customer service. As they continue to expand operations, they are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join their team as a Store Manager at their Canberra location.

**About the Role**
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of up to 60 employees, including sales associates, supervisors, and support staff.
- Train and coach team members to deliver a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction to drive sales and achieve KPI’s
- Oversee daily operations of the store and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure stock levels are maintained, rotated, and merchandised according to company standards.

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience in a retail leadership role leading a large team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and employees
- Good organisational, planning and problem-solving skills
- Experience in developing and coaching a team
