We are looking for a passionate Store Operations Manager to help lead our Maxima Canberra store in ACT on a full-time basis.

- Day-to-day responsibilities:_- Lead the operations team to c_reate and _maintain_ seamless processes for incoming stock and _to ensure the store is always looking _beautiful_- Manage and execute monthly visual merchandising and promotional _setups_- Manage and audit _stocktakes_- Help to build a highly effective team_ through ongoing training, mentoring and _by _providing _regular _feedback_- Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our _values_
- What success looks like in this role:_- Prior experience managing a _team and handling large volumes of stock_._- Previous_ coaching _and_ mentoring experience focusing on team member _development_- A_ keen eye for detail, ability to multi-task and manage time _effectively_- Genuin_e_ care _for _people, and always _stiving for the best possible _team member experience._
