**THE OPPORTUNITY**
The General Manager at The Locker Room is responsible for, but not limited to:
- Oversee all operational requirements of the business including marketing, security, maintenance, food and beverage service, sales and events, gaming and cash management.
- Accountability for achieving all revenue targets and having an agile approach to managing the business to ensure these targets are met.
- Deliver all HR requirements for the business, including training, coaching and developing talent pipelines for all leadership roles.
- Strictly adhere to and enforce all company policies to ensure the business is run effectively and efficiently.
- Leading the team to deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Strong knowledge in all aspects of running a busy multifaceted hotel.
- Experienced in planning and managing large functions.
- Roster management according to business needs.
**WHO ARE YOU**We're looking for an individual with the following skills and attributes:
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in a General Manager capacity in a large multifaceted venue
- Compliance expertise, licensee experience will be highly regarded
- Highly organised with effective time management abilities
- Excellent communication; written and verbal
- Professional, motivated & collaborative team player
- Ability to share your knowledge, manage and influence others
- Immaculate presentation, paralleled with hands on service delivery
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Training and developing large teams, proven leadership
- Strong financial and business acumen
