Are you a Social Media enthusiast with a passion for fashion and an eye for engaging content? Our client is an established and growing pureplay Ecommerce women’s fashion brand, that have a HUGE following on social media.

This is an opportunity for a Social Media Coordinator or Social Media Specialist to step up to a Social Media Manager role within a supportive team, where you will be mentored.

This hands-on role is responsible for TikTok and Facebook, leading the development, execution, analysis and reporting across these social platforms - with a performance mindset and passion for metrics.

You will have an opportunity to create on-trend social content that captures our clients unique voice and personality of their brand.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive Social Media Strategies across TikTok and Facebook
- Collaborate with the wider Marketing and Creative team to create highly engaging, on-trend social content that perfectly captures the brand's voice and personality
- Own day-to-day optimisation of organic campaigns
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Creative, Product and Graphics team to build relevant and engaging content
- Track and analyse performance weekly across Facebook and TikTok using analytical tools and provide insightful recommendations for improving performance across reach, engagement, traffic, and revenue.
- Attend and collaborate content shoots, managing the Social Media aspects
- Deliver the implementation of the weekly and monthly content calendar
- Monitor Social Media accounts, track customer comments, liaise with customer care as required
- Stay ahead of the latest trends in Social, along with monitor competitor activity and influencers
- 2-3+ years of experience in a similar role, Fashion and/or Ecommerce experience is advantageous
- True passion for the latest trends in Social Media
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Video editing skills highly regarded
- A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset
