What You’ll Do
- Craft delicious coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks with consistency and flair
- Warmly greet every guest, making them feel like part of the Uncle Sam’s family
- Maintain a clean, organized, and Insta-worthy coffee bar at all times
- Operate coffee equipment and POS systems efficiently
- Keep up with stock levels, prep, and restocking
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to deliver seamless service
- Bring your personality — we love baristas who add character to the crew

What We’re Looking For
- Previous barista experience is a plus (but we’ll train the right legend)
- Confidence with espresso machines and milk texturing
- Strong communication skills and customer-first attitude
- Fast, focused, and able to keep cool under pressure
- Passion for coffee, people, and playful banter
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings

Pay: $23.23 - $38.95 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
