Redcape Hospitality has recently acquired The Prince Consort Hotel and we're now on the lookout for passionate, energetic, people-centric individuals to join our growing Team as one of our Casual Food & Beverage Attendants. You would assist your Venue Leadership Team and the collective venue team to successfully operate the Hotel's Food, Beverage & Gaming operations in a hands-on, front of house capacity.

Duties and Responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to support the Venue Leadership Team with the Hotel's day-to-day Food, Beverage & Gaming related operations. The key responsibilities for this role will include:

• Collaboratively working alongside or within various teams as we strive to offer an outstanding customer experience.
• Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
• Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.

Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel's operating hours.

• Possess a current/valid RSA & RSG (Or willingness to obtain).
