**The Role**
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Admin Officer/Rosterer to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day client rostering, provide administrative support, and deliver excellent customer service to our clients and their families.
This position requires a strong communicator with excellent organisational skills, who can handle competing priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and manage staff rosters to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide general administrative support to the office team.
- Build rapport with clients and their families while resolving enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Communicate complex information clearly and simply.
- Support the smooth running of client services in line with Right at Home’s values and standards.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous administration and rostering experience (essential).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage complex situations.
- A high level of empathy and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Own reliable transport.
- Availability to work 5 days per week.
