The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Admin Officer/Rosterer to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day client rostering, provide administrative support, and deliver excellent customer service to our clients and their families.

This position requires a strong communicator with excellent organisational skills, who can handle competing priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage staff rosters to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office team.
  • Build rapport with clients and their families while resolving enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Communicate complex information clearly and simply.
  • Support the smooth running of client services in line with Right at Home's values and standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous administration and rostering experience (essential).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage complex situations.
  • A high level of empathy and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Own reliable transport.
  • Availability to work 5 days per week.
