Are you a natural influencer who can think outside the box?

We’re looking for someone to join the best pricing & trading team in media. You will be a highly effective communicator with strong computer skills and outstanding time management, prioritisation and organisational skills. As the Trading Support Executive you will be the first point of contact for the sales team and have exposure to all levels of sales across multiple media channels. This role is an integral part of our Pricing & Trading team and coordinates the flow of the department’s administration requirements, acting as a support for the team.

**The Role**
- Manage and ensure approvals adhere to discount approval guidelines and process in the sales system.
- Assist in regular training sessions for the sales team on all things Pricing
- Creation and distribution of scheduled and ad-hoc reporting
- Provide data and relevant analysis to the Pricing & Trading Team to assist with trading initiatives.
- Act as a support to all members within the Trading Team

**Who you are**
- Confidently influence multiple stakeholders and have a strong engagement presence.
- Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to learn new software as necessary.
- Positive and problem solving mindset.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Previous exposure to media is highly advantageous though not essential.
