Urgent requirement of **Test Lead - Permanent - Brisbane/Sydney/Melbourne**

**Requirements**:

- Must have 6+ years of experience in API Testing, SOAP UI, Postman, API automation, Test Management
- Must have experience in managing the Testing Team
- Designing Test Strategy, test plans and test cases, in accordance with project requirements.
- Identifying risks and developing plans to mitigate any testing issues.
- Documenting the testing methodology and results.
- Coordinating the work of the testers and providing feedback on their progress.
- Providing technical assistance for communications and training programs related to testing and quality requirements.
- Creating required technical project documentation.
- Managing and tracking test progress and defect resolution.
- Identifying and researching potential improvements to the testing process.
- Ensuring the successful completion of test cycles.
- Working with cross functional teams to identify project objectives, timeline and resource requirements.
- Analyzing customer requirements and prioritizing test cases.
- Establishing suitable approaches to complex testing scenarios.
- Reporting system anomalies and performance irregularities to software development teams.
- Running Functional and Non-Functional tests prior to system deployment and validating results.
- Developing and enforcing best practices for achieving optimal software performance.
- Analyzing and reporting on test results to ensure the API meets quality standards
- Experience with automated testing platforms
- Familiarity with programming and scripting languages
- Working closely with the development and product teams to ensure proper functionality of the API
- Collaborating with the QA and Engineering teams in order to ensure quality requirements are met
- Managing and coordinating the API testing team in order to ensure successful test plans
- Liaising with stakeholders and end-users to ensure API performance and reliability
- Identifying new API testing opportunities and trends
- Very good communication skills.

**Salary**: $71,171.00 - $174,469.00 per year
