MEDLOG specialise in wharf cartage, container and warehouse storage and handling with depots based in Fremantle and Naval Base.

MEDLOG is a leading container depot operator in WA and we are seeking proactive, highly organised person to join our Empty Container Park Team. Based in North Fremantle, this role involves:

- Ensuring incoming and outgoing containers and trucks are processed immediately upon entry in the depot and recorded accurately.
- Communicating and enforcing depot procedures to all drivers to ensure safety for both employees and truck drivers.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer’s requirements are met.
- Ensuring all releases are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
- Compliance with all relevant depot policies and procedures and in particular those relating to OH&S.
- Completing weekly and monthly depot reports as required.
- Organising depot bulk runs when needed.
- Assisting in daily administration tasks.

- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

- Previous experience in container park or transport operations would be desirable
