**About the role**:
We have an exciting new opportunity available for a Residential Life Coordinator (RLC) to join our new property and team at Y Suites - Moore Street. In this role you will play a key role in facilitating the coordination of the residence as a community under the guidance of the General Manager (GM) and the Residential Life Manager (RLM), with an emphasis on resident wellbeing and ensuring the delivery of the Residential Life Program.

**What we need from you**

We are after someone that has previous experience in a community role supporting students, or similar exposure to health and well-being of young people as well as an interest in supporting a robust events and activities program.

You will be a fun, sociable and passionate team player who loves to interact with people from diverse backgrounds. You will have experience in event management and the ability to research and develop evidence-based programs and policies. Some of your essential skills include strong written and verbal communication skills, good computer skills, solid planning and organisational skills and a “we care” attitude.

Our mandatory requirements include:

- National Police Check (completed within last 3 months)
- Working with Children’s Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia and New Zealand
