**What you’ll be doing**

The Education Services Team supports our Elite education customers. The team is expanding and has a requirement for a Notebook Service Technician based at a prestigious school in Melbourne’s East.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and provide Level 1 technical support solutions.
- Work onsite to ensure that service calls are completed accurately and efficiently, thereby reducing the need for return calls.
- Service products in accordance with vendor product service guides.
- Keep an accurate register of spare parts and liaise with our internal departments and customers to ensure that our service level agreements are met.
- Engage and work with the school’s IT team as helpdesk support.
- Manage helpdesk ticket support system including creating, maintaining, and resolving tickets in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Set up, install, and configure various I.T software, hardware and other peripherals.
- Keep up-to-date documentation of IT processes, procedures, and configurations.
