**What You Can Expect**:
The Supervisor - Loan sets is responsible for the delivery of services for the NSW kit room operations, from the Zimmer Biomet Belrose site. This is a hands-on role responsible for managing the reverse logistics through the kit room and ensuring optimal service levels to all internal and external customers.

The role involves the supervision of all staff managing the inbound, outbound and KPIs. There is an expectation to build and maintain strong trusted partnerships with all key stakeholders, drive performance across the team, build and maintain engagement, continue to find improvements whilst maintaining a safe environment throughout the kit room.

**How You'll Create Impact**:

- Supervise and prioritise all outbound orders
- Prioritise and communicate all inbound shipments
- Managing daily workload and workflow, moving the team to the necessary areas for optimal efficiency
- Drive key KPIs OTIF - open orders, cost of freight, Inventory accuracy, stocktake, among others
- Actively drive employee engagement

**What Makes You Stand Out**:

- Minimum two (2) years’ experience managing teams, medical or operational experience is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to learn functional/technical skills and behavioral competencies.
- Ability to analyse logistics data and interpret trends, implications etc.
- Proven ability to increase employee engagement.
- Experience in delivering and exceeding targets/KPIs
- Demonstrated experience in implementing a Lean Continuous Improvement roadmap
- Nice to have exposure to Warehouse Management and ERM Systems, ideally SAP
- Advanced MS Office (including Excel) skills

**Travel Expectations**:

- Occasional travel required
- On call work required as part of roster
