- About the role:
**THE ROLE**
- Support the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management plan.
- Provide advice and training to leaders and staff groups about Health and Safety responsibilities and practices.
- Develop tools to support decision makers to consider Health and Safety Risk and wellbeing.
- Monitor and assess health and safety strategies in accordance with legislative standards.
- Develop and implement new initiatives where required outcomes are not being achieved.

- Tertiary Qualification in a related discipline (or equivalent experience) such as Human Resource Management, Psychology, Social Work, WHS etc.
