THE ROLE
A new Platform Analyst role has been created within the Enterprise Portfolio Governance (EPG) team in the Housing Performance & Governance Branch of Homes Victoria to support the organisation to effectively deliver on its Big Housing Build and other commitments. Given the importance of the strategic programs being delivered, an effective program management capability is critical to ensure that programs are effectively and proactively managed. The role will support the operation and evolution of the digitally-enabled program management platform that supports the end-to-end tracking of Homes Victoria's critical programs. The role is a balance of the management of gathering and analysing business needs and technical requirements (to support iterative platform improvements); acting as the interface with the SaaS vendor, minor platform administration changes; and, supporting project teams with simple technical queries, troubleshooting and advice, as required.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

- Implement minor administration platform changes and proactively manage escalated technical support cases (noting, platform vendor training will be provided to enable this accountability).
- Collaborate across the EPMO to identify opportunities for improvements to improve outcomes and minimise risk exposure.
