As the AI Change and Capability Manager, you will be at the forefront of Suncorp’s AI transformation, empowering teams across the business to adopt and excel with AI tools and methodologies. This role within the CTO & AI function is crucial to understanding Suncorp’s AI capability, driving organisational change and facilitating learning initiatives and programs. If you are passionate about capability and change management and ready to help lead Suncorp’s AI transformation, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of AI across the company.

**What You’ll Do**
- Conduct organisational assessments to pinpoint change and capability needs for various cohorts, setting the strategy and tactics for AI development
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the business, creating a coalition of stakeholders to champion AI transformation
- Mentor team members and support the ongoing development of AI skills across the organisation

**What You’ll Bring**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and deep expertise in change management and corporate innovation
- Proficient in project management, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building with strong facilitation and communication skills
- Proven track record of driving organisational change, mentoring teams, and designing learning programs in a dynamic environment
