We are seeking an inspiring and results-driven **Team Leader** to guide and support our team in delivering exceptional care services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, mentor, and support a team of care professionals to maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Coordinate daily operations, including rostering, resource allocation, and task delegation.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and families, ensuring excellent communication and responsiveness.
- Monitor service quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and foster a culture of innovation.
- Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Handle conflict resolution and promote a collaborative team environment.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within the care or healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of care regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.
- Passion for providing compassionate and high-quality care services.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Relevant qualifications in health, community care, or leadership (desirable).

Pay: $65,335.83 - $136,244.14 per year
